

A bit of explanation: There’s an existing Pissing Cherub statue on the platform. Why? I don’t know. It appears to be a tribute of some kind. The key lies in the Japanese on the stone:

Note the amused female tourist. Incidentally, the guy behind her had been taking pictures with a massive SLR of the statue mere moments before. When I moved into take my own picture he backed off completely. Though we made eye contact he displayed absolutely no sense of humor about it. When I stepped away, he resumed his serious business.
