Bagging Blender on MacBook

For the time being, I'm abandoning blender on the MacBook and switching to using it on my g5, which is still running 10.4 Tiger. That bums me out, because I like sitting wherever I like, even if the video always made it pokey. Unfortunately, 2.47 really doesn't work under 10.5.5, and the horrible OpenGl driver bug in Leopard makes clicking on the interface as much fun as picking scabs.

I tried a couple of builds on, but they were too crashy under 10.5.5. Apparently it works well under earlier versions of Leopard.

I hope someday that this either gets patched for real in Blender, or fixed in OSX.
