Distracted thinking about a number of topics: Software development, art, computer graphics, simulation, pointless curiosities.
"Train Hard" -- book by Edward Albee, lyrics by Terence McNally, music by David del Tredici. The saga of 25,000 men trapped within the expectations of a heartless and homophobic society that can't understand the stresses of mercenary life.In the first act, the men come out of the closet one by one, but it made for a long first act. After its opening in San Francisco, McNally rewrote the songs for choruses of 2,000. A messy stage-picture, but it moved the story along better.Recommendation -- half-mast.
